My fitness journey began as a dancer, gymnast, and a daughter of a Yoga Teacher. Body movement has been my greatest passion since I can remember and has flourished into a wide range of activities including Yoga, Gymnastics, Crossfit, Weight Training, Martial Arts and Dance. Using the skills I have developed from these many practices allows me to create a custom tailored routine to meet your specific goals and needs to offer you a truly complete fitness experience.
